• Low-fat/natural organic yoghurt, (home made when available)
• fresh fruit/fruit salad available according to season

• Fried/poached/scrambled Egg
• Grilled Bacon
• Grilled Sausage
• Grilled Hash Brown
• Fresh Mushrooms
• Grilled Tomato or Baked Beans

For a lighter option choose any combination of the above served on Toast or in a Bap

Scrambled egg and smoked salmon served on a toasted muffin.

Farmhouse Wholemeal or White Toast and a selection of preserves (home made when available)

Tea or coffee

We serve Ridgeways Fair-trade tea and Miko’s Puro coffee
De-caffeinated coffee/tea, Earl Grey, Green and Fruit teas are available.
We use semi-skimmed milk (skimmed or Soya milk is also available).

• Pork Sausages from Palace Premier Meats, Paignton or Westaways, Newton Abbot.
• Free Range Eggs from Glenside Farm – Marldon
• Organic Muesli from Mighty Muesli – Ottery St Mary
• Organic yoghurt from Riverford, Buckfastleigh, Yeo Valley Somerset or Rachels Organics, homemade when available
• Tomatoes home grown ( in season)
